 Keto-Friendly Ice Cream:

Ingredients:

2 cups half and half

2 cups Heavy Cream

14 oz keto-friendly sweetened condensed milk (recipe below)

2 tbsp vanilla




Instructions:

In a large mixing bowl, combine half and half, heavy cream, keto-friendly sweetened condensed milk, and vanilla.

Mix all ingredients until fully incorporated.

Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker.

Churn the mixture in the ice cream maker for approximately 30 minutes, or until it reaches a thick and creamy consistency.

Optional: Swirl in peanut butter for extra yumminess!

Transfer the churned ice cream into a container.

Store the ice cream in the freezer; it will be yummy and scoopable whenever you crave a delightful keto treat!

Keto Condensed Milk:

Ingredients:

2.5 cups Heavy Cream

1/4 cup butter

3/4 cup Keto sweetener of choice

1/2 tsp vanilla

Instructions:

In a saucepan, combine heavy cream, butter, keto sweetener, and vanilla.

Bring the mixture to a boil over medium heat, stirring continuously.

Once it begins to boil, reduce the heat to low and simmer for 45 minutes, stirring often.

Remove the saucepan from heat and allow the condensed milk to cool completely.

Transfer the keto condensed milk to a glass jar.

Store the keto condensed milk in the refrigerator for up to 4 weeks.
